About Judy
Judy’s mission is to improve her clients’ lives, which according to her New York University professor James F. Gilligan, is the definition of love. What sets Judy apart is an acute understanding of the luxury market coupled with an emotional intelligence that instinctively puts clients at ease. Judy prides herself on offering a bespoke level of service that’s designed to not only meet but exceed each client’s unique expectations.
Judy’s raison d'être is the joy and gratification she finds in being a trustworthy advisor to people in life-changing events, guiding them to make decisions that will financially empower them and improve their quality of living.
Through managing her family’s real estate portfolio and interacting with tenants, contractors, attorneys, and accountants, she has honed her problem-solving and attentive listening skills. Judy also built her own industry-recognized translation agency for over six years, and she brings her ability to pay attention to details and be nuanced and effective in communications to real estate transactions. A real estate decision can be a deeply personal experience, and Judy is attuned to the emotions of not only her clients but the other parties as well, to ensure a smooth transaction.
Raised in China and the U.K., Judy came to New York for her studies at NYU and found her home here. She lives in an Upper West Side brownstone with her husband and two tuxedo cat siblings who were adopted in an ASPCA van near the Guggenheim. In her free time, she enjoys doing yoga on her roof deck, playing tennis on the Riverside clay courts, hiking in the Catskills, and dancing tango in Central Park.
